    I had one of my sites sandboxed just a week ago. Low competition keywords, and debute on first page results. Then got sandboxed 3 days later, still haven't figured out why. I have had many other sites go up on first page like this and stay there. This was my first sandbox.

    Good information. But you can prevent your sites from sandbox. Don't force any particular keyword to increase the ranking, do natural seo and wait for your time.

    arrg - ive never experienced the sandbox with previous sites with semi popular keywords but it looks like my newest site got way sandboxed. ranked really well for good terms then bam - all gone. still shows up when i search for site:domain.com so i guess thats what it is huh...
