Google vs Facebook

I think DigiGold said it best about the way people USE Facebook vs Google...
On Facebook, people aren't looking to be bombarded by ads or make purchases of random products.

 

Just because YOU hd a bad experience with Facebook ads does not mean that its "dog shit and a half." I've used to successfully, and its really great for adding members to your fan pages or groups, which is kind of list building in a very targeted manner.

 

i like face book but it can't beat google now .

 

From experience we've found that Facebook ads don't convert as well as Google ads. The sheer size of Google trumps Facebook on all counts, and Google is not going anywhere anytime soon. Even if Facebook continues to grow in size, the quality of its ad platform and the results marketers are getting doesn't seem to us to be a threat to that of Google.

I'd say continue spending money on Adwords in today's marketing world, and keep an eye on the trends.

 

Not even a comparison. Not only are they not even the same kind of site (apples and oranges), but they're not even in the same realm of power. Might as well compare a mouse and a lion. Google's the lion, if you had any doubt in your mind.

They are totally different, How about comparison between FB and Google wave (how about this project). any news regarding google wave?

if my opinion, both are pemegan peak of the Internet world.

Google is in need of quality assurance to the Internet in everyday life. I think google is a university without a title, a professor who spread all over the world. Each of us need some answers from partanyaan arising in our brains, then google is the place to go at first.

While facebook is a place to interact with our friends in the internet world. where we express grievances, happy, sad and more to express our feelings.

so if both are in I suppose that could join the university with a page full of relatives and friends.

 

with adsense alone, I don't think Fb will ever beat google. plus, i think Google can be interested with FB and buy it. Why not?
As with googles plan to create their own social network? nah, I don't think they will ever beat Fb on that.

well i think fb ads are gng 2 b big success in future, dnt make ur prdctn vry fast. As i remember when ms launches bing many people says it make no imprsn they dont need it and blah blah blah. And now same are dieing to be in bing

If you know how to connect/market/get some cc (totally bad)...FACEBOOK

I totally agree with swasts. Google and facebook are two different things. They have their own uses in two different ways. Comparing these two is like you compared a house to a door.
