Thank you for your note. We've reviewed your site and are
unable to include it in Google News. We currently only include articles
from sources that could be considered organizations, generally
characterized by multiple writers and editors, availability of
organizational information, and accessible contact information. When we
reviewed your site we weren't able to find this evidence of an
    organization.

We appreciate your willingness to provide your articles to us, and we'll
log your site for future consideration.

Thank you for your interest in Google News.

    Regards,
    The Google Team
    ------------

And yahoo asked me to contact PRNewswire and Businesswire for getting press releases to be taken into yahoo.

Are there any other ways you know?

Yes i got a similar response for my blog despite the fact that it contains entertainment news about my country, just because my blog is not an organisation.

looks like we need to incorporate a company and then notify google. I was wondering if there is any other alternate ways for the news to get picked up by google news.

I highly doubt that, b/c the ads are far from all being the same theme, nonetheless the same advertiser. ;) There are 4 sub-sites on the domain right now tied to specific business niches, and their ads are usually pretty well-targeted to their own topics. And clicks come from across the board; not just one of them.
