"A private morality watchdog group has issued a warning about the hit video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas following reports that a downloadable code allows players to access sexually explicit game play.

The explicit scenes are accessed using a game modification program called Hot Coffee, which has been downloaded over the internet more than 1 million times since it was released a month ago, said the author of the code, Patrick Wildenborg."

I guess they hid it so they wouldn't get the "Adults Only" rating.

 

The article doesn't really say what can be unlocked. I'm not sure what the National Institute on the Media and the Family's defintion of "porn" is.

The violence alone in that game without the unlocks would be enough to keep your kids from playing it.

That game is already an 18 (Equivilant of an R in the US) so why the big deal about a porn plugin for it?

 

The dumb part is this game is rated M for mature, meaning 18+ only can buy it. So if parents are getting their kids games rated M and not expecting anything maybe they should be the one punished.

 

They don't show porn in "R" rated movies.

 

I guess I was wrong about the equivilant...

18 is the highest rating in the UK...

 

but at the age of 18 you can buy or rent hardcore pornography.
