    Has anyone ever been part of a group project?

    I would like to start a project withe a good writer, good coder, good designer etc.

    Then share the revenue.

    Anyone have any success stories? or fialure stories?

    (Also, i mean online, not with some friends.)

    No real experience with this, but I'd recommend you be very selective in your screening process. It's hard to find good, talented people anywhere. Different conversations I've had suggest it's a lot more difficult over the 'Net.

    I'd make sure to check into their track record and portfolio. References, work samples, etc. And be ready to provide your own.

    That's probably just common sense, but, if more people took basic precautions like this, there'd be a lot more successful projects that get completed.

    Oh, and one more thing. When you're looking at work samples, remember what you're looking for. If the coder doesn't have a flashy website, that's okay. You're not signing him/her up to do design work, are you? (Sorry, that's just a pet peeve of mine...)
