    I have a theory about Compar, he always is honest with what he posts, if he is pissed off at you he lets you know that. Bob also takes a lot of shit from a lot of us and never gives up on anyone and is always willing to keep teaching.

    I may not agree with his outbursts, but we all still love Bob and accept him for what he is, our elder member.

    I work for a guy like Bob on the masonry crew, he is 70 years old and he is a great guy also. He has been in the business of building block structures for 50 years and demands respect from all of us and we damn well give it or we are out the door and unable to learn the trade and craft.

    I accept getting yelled at by both of them since you have to take the good (opportunity to learn) with the bad (getting coached or bitched at), it hurts to get scolded but in the end it is good for one if one can accept the reasons behind it.

    You can learn something from this if you are willing.
