    that's hard to guess. you could even have done it in Ms Paint if you had drawn pixel by pixel :/

    Mabey , "The Gimp" program, its a free program , ive not used it but ive seen some ppl use it and can make something like that.

    It looks like Gimp or paint.net, can't imagine it being designed in Fireworks or Photoshop.

    Plenty of software to choose from apart from Photoshop. A search for "eBook Cover Generator" will reveal a few that are completely independant of Photoahop and product the results as above.

    eCover 3D 1.0

    And the answer is Gimp, took only a couple of minutes to make.

    This is a unique e cover as you can read the first page of the e book. There is a reason for this and it is to show there are other graphics software capable of photshop quality. Especially since cs3 is going to be out dated soon...my updates are FREE
