    These systems are operated by ordinary people who can at the best of times be stupid....

    Here is a story about a unclassified PDF sent from the Pentagon about the Italian intelligence agent, Nicola Calipari, was shot and killed by U.S. troops at a checkpoint. It had sections containing classified information blacked out.

    What they hadnt realised was that by doing a copy from the pdf and paste into and text editor the blacked out text was uncovered....
