I''ve made only about ten bucks with surveys in the last year. It really doesn't work for me.

Thanks for the replies. I have registered to about 10 different survey websites but am only interested in a couple of them. The others arent even worth my time. I could be putting ads on my website and making much more money in the same time it takes to complete one of those long winded surveys. As someone else said, one survey website prequalifies you and I "failed" so im not making any money. Ill probably stick to a few of those survey websites till I get my first check then quit on some of them.
Surveysavvy looks good if I get many referrals

Personally, I make about 2K/year. But, I know people who make $25K/year. 1 thing I don't like about the program is "times." It take too much time every day to participate in the survey programs. By the way, the survey program I have joined is not the one you have mentioned in this thread.

Most of the survey websites arent worth my time. Surveysavvy and its referral system might be worth it, that remains to be seen. Making websites, selling my webspace for ads and doing freelance graphics design is where the money is.

Good points on the truth, if I dont start making enough on those surveys to be worth my time, ill just unsubscribe and focus on making websites, selling ad space and doing freelance graphics.

You can earn from marketing referrals passively, that's probably the best long term way to go. Earned about $35 from Cashcrate with a few hours of work. Got a lot of spam mail, some free magazines. You will be marketed to a lot. Not sure if Cashcrate is still king. They usually don't have a ton of free work but if you're brand new to making money online & from USA/Canada get a free trial of Roboform and start up w/ Cashcrate :)

MY experience with surveys leads me to say that no true decent money can be made taking surveys, especially with time being a considered factor. There are just too many obstacles and the decent paying surveys require paid trials.

i think you would have to fill out some of the trial offers to get more money, but i think doing surveys for money takes up alot your time..
