At the top right corner it sais location beside it it sais Vermont.. Born here, live here and will probably die here and will always run snow tires.. In fact I have to run studded snow tires otherwise even with a 4wd I would not make the driveway. I also plow.. You obviously are not from Vermont unless it is close to the Mass border .

Nah, the funny thing is when you try to red rep me, it just comes out grey cause you got a negative reputation here. You're giving Vermonters a bad name, so I want you to admit you're a Flatlander.

I didn't try to red rep you. It would not do any good. Besides I am not giving Verm, onters a bad name you are.. Most Vermonters run snow tires if you do not then you are a moron.. Anyhow why did you come in here talking shi* anyways..All I did to start this post was ask a question. I am far from a flatlander.. Obviously that is what you are if you do not run snow tires...

And, seems you don't even know where Howard Dean is from. Of course, you probably weren't even living in Vermont when he was governor there.

No snow tires in WI. Besides, do they really still have them? I mean most cars are AWD or FWD now-a-days. I just make sure I had decent tread and take it a bit slower. We had some noticable snow fall over thanksgiving, and my Olds did just fine as it always does. No snow tires for me :)

Well alot of it has to do with state cuts.. The road crews are not aloud to put in overtime like they used to. In fact they only plow one lane on the highway now during storms..

At least you get plowed, much of Wisconsin doesn't get plowed for a day or 2 after a bad storm

That sucks, always hate wet snow or ice mixed in, doesn't matter much what type of tire you have then.

Ya and they like to use all the sand and salt up at the beginning of the winter, with the few little storms we get, and then have nothing left to put down when we get the real storms in January and February..

You can run nylon studs anywhere. They are almost as good as metal studs. I would use snows if I had RWD, but other than that their is no reason.
