    I have a review site and an article site.. Does anyone have any good methods of searching for people who will want to contribute in return for becoming a moderator of the site? I'm not sure the best places or ways to advertise for this seems how it isn't a payed job.

    Any advice appreciated, thanks

    You can broadcast that your looking for contributors by a number of methods - Publish on your website that you are looking, ask in your weekly/monthly email newsletter, tweet it on twitter or put it about on Facebook if you have a fan page.

    A slower method is to look for writers on similar forums and approach them directly.

    As for offering them work as a moderator in return for their work, you'll have to make that statement very clear - there are advantages & disadvantages of moderating in that, having provided great content, their reward is to have even more of their valuable time taken up in tasks.
