Haven't heard from buyer?

I sold a website a few weeks back. The buyer paid up, so that's not an issue.

The site has a vBulletin forum, and I couldn't transfer the license to him right away. I told him that I'd continue to host the site until the transfer date, and then he'd have a few days to move the site to his server.

So, the date came, I contacted vBulletin and they tried to get in touch with the new owner. No response. So I e-mailed him a few times, no response.

It's been more than 2 weeks since that date and the new owner isn't responding. The vBulletin license is still in my name and the site is still on my server.

What should I do at this point?

What date was in the contract? I would fax him something stating you give him a certain amount of days to respond and then issue a credit to him. And keep everything in your name.

There was no contract to speak of, everything was informal. I do have the e-mails that we exchanged, though.

I think 30 days is a reasonable amount of time to conclude the business.
You can state that there will be an additional charge after days, because you will be using the vbulletin license for another customer, so it will require additional time to set him up again.
