Having a Bit Too Much Fun Networking?

Hey,

My names William Tha Great, here from Houston, Texas.

I bet you guys love your social networks like Twitter, Facebook, & Myspace.

To tell the truth I myself am a Twitter addict. I love my Twitter account now that I have built up some followers. The thing is that you can get carried away with them. They make them so addicting to try to keep you on there forever.

When you start doing pointless things then they are waisting your time making you less productive. I'm tellng you this because, many times it happens without even being noticed. I know at first it was hard for me to notice when my time was being waisted due to social networking.

I find that if I avoid following celebs Twitter becomes business only and not much of a time waster at all.

Indeed. Our business has found that twitter can be great for networking.

Not totally certain of the benefits in the short term though. Haven't necessarily made a whole lot of business out of it.

 

I just started using social networks alot, but I can't see myself having to much with them. I use them for business, and facebook for business & girls/fun.

 

I see no fun using them for business reasons, just a means to an end. I've not got much love for them on a personal level so that doesn't help.

 

I dont spend too much time in twitter. Twitter is plain useless for networking because most of the time it is the stars who get too much attention and all of the others are left unknown.
