    Its not a big task you can make in Photoshop just add photos in selected round layers , even you can edit more improvement on borders of images. Good luck

    I am not sure anyone answered this question so I will give it a try. The effect you pointed out is called Layer Masking. There are a few ways to accomplish this but the easiest for a beginner is to:

    1. create a new document in Photoshop
    2. draw a shape using the shape tool
    3. go to file, place (and locate a photo from your computer), it will create a new layer
    4. make sure the photo layer is on top of the shape layer
    5. If you are on a MAC press and hold the OPTION Key and at same time Mouse click BETWEEN the two layers. This will create a mask between the shapes.
    (On a PC I believe it's CTRL Click or ALT click)

    And you have your desired effect.
