    First, change your pattern background color to the same adsense background you're using.. the patterns distract visitors away from your ad. Maybe try sticking a 250 x 250 in the content area.. becareful about placing images beside your ads however.

    design looks like it's from the early 90's. i agree with 1st post. you need a major redesign....

    It still looks very 1990's. Be sure to use borders, colors that blend, and more imagery work.

    You may want to hire someone to do it for you, if you are looking for something professional.

    If you are a fresher then its perfect ;) otherwise spend some more time and redesign it. I would suggest you to use some CSS

    also,
    If you want to help your CTR (click through rate) try mvoing the ad link unit on top of all the other links so users can see it right away.

    Also, ditch the image ad. Text ads work best (unless you have tested both on your site and find otherwise).
