    Placement looks good, try to place a ad in your comment box like a user said it, name it Sponsor or something of that nature, but then you'd have to remove 1 of our other ads since you can only have 3 ad blocks per page

    Just a idea

    Not really sure how you are going to improve on your earning since the placement looks ok. The only way is perhaps to work on increasing your traffic.
