Help: Advice for platform/software for multi supplier commerce site

Hi, my service business has a very specific, "trained" client base. We recommend suppliers/products to our client base and they buy. I'd therefore like to expand on this and monetize it.

In an ideal world, I'd like to set up a website, clients can log in and shop our recommended products. Money transactions are done directly with the third party supplier, however we have ability to track purchases for data purposes and commissions from the suppliers.

Is this possible though any software/platform products out there?

I am not ecommerce savvy, hence using this forum for advice, so please forgive if I sound like an idiot describing my request.

That's a pretty tall order for an e-commerce platform. E-commerce stores are inherently built around paying the host directly for a fairly static catalog. These goals and features seem more like a web app with a bit of development behind it.
