Most people will probably say WordPress. Joomla could work too. There are lots of suitable options really but those two are the most popular which means it's easiest to find help if something goes wrong, or to find a theme.

I'd stay away from Drupal for something this simple.

Youcould always just pick a theme you like and then see what CMS it's for :p

    Use wordpress for its ease!!

You can either prevent commenting from the user interface or remove the codes directly from the theme!

I say stick with wordpress. I've switched over a few years ago from cutephp & phpcow and I'm never going back.

Check my site out for demo purposes if you like: http://www.theurbantwist.com

If you have a big wallet Interspire's CMS application is excellent.
