    What do I have to do, so I can get the most out of the adsense program and get the most revenue?

    Frist be sure you have good hosting for upload site & second you need to build traffic.

    For upload site you can only change site layout, ad color, position and size to get best results. If you have stady traffic of uploaders ok, if not you need to promote your site.

    And that hosting forum, could be nice if you find "posters for free hosting" to build you articles and community.

    www.xexmhosting.com - you could put the top adsense ad in the box just like the one below it, to look the same.

    But ofcourse nothing will help before you get enough traffic, first take care of that

    Just google "CPM ad network". The current top 3 (thus harder to get into) are TribalFusion, Fastclick, and Casale. The rest are all second tier networks, and you can't count on them to be realiable or pay you on time. The three mentioned are pros and you can trust them.
