I just read Program policies and there a few lines that shock me:
-Format site content so that it is difficult to distinguish it from ads ( i have been taught that when i place ad i must make them blend with my content like the border color same as background color so it dont have border, Make ad inside post so it blend very well, place link unit near navigation menu) are all my method violate google adsense policies?
-Encourage users to click the Google ads using phrases such as "click the ads", "support us", "visit these links" or other similar language. (let say that i m create gaming blog , i reviewed the game and the ad happen to appear in my post) i m not encourage but there will be high chance that visitor will click that ad.

Do all method i write violate policies?
Pls share tips to place adsense. I am become scared because some say that if i got banned It will be forever. SO i must really careful. tahnk you very much

The trick is to blend the ads with the content, BUT make sure that they don't appear to be part of the content.

You should look at the examples given by Google of what you should and should not do:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=17957

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=136882

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=136901

If you aren't suggesting that people click on the ads then you should be fine. So you can't say "visit our sponsors" or "click the links in the sidebar (or wherever the ads are)", but you can say this is a great game and this is why I like it. If an ad for that game shows up, then that's good. However, if you are doing reviews, you may do better with affiliate ads for the products you are reviewing.

Blending is a good option. It has brought great returns for my site.
