HELP - I need some feedback ASAP, is this against the TOS?

    I need some feedback ASAP so I can make changes. Like everyone, I want to integrate adsense as well as I can, but unlike some webmasters i try NOT stretch the TOS with google. I've run adsense for a long time and have never played that game.

    I recently re-designed a website i run, and I'm concerned that my link units may be a little "too" well integrated. Can you give this a look and let me know, I will change it immediately if it is. Again, I'm not trying to run an "adsense site", i get good traffic and just wanted to get your opinion before I do anything wrong.

    Please do not click the link units, again I am only looking for feedback. My concern is that it looks too much like the site and Google won't like it. I figured you folks would know.

    I had some 200x90 link units in the content of the page. They looked exactly like the other downloads. Another member and I were talking, and i simply don't want to get the big "G' upset.
