Transfer files ( FTP ) from one server to another and push the domain name to the new owner.
If you really have no idea of how to do it, outsourcing this job to someone else would be the easiest path.

there's no choice. you will need to push your domain to your buyer and download all your script from hosting dircetly to your clients. So, you will need to do it manually or you can hire someone to do it for u

what domain registrar are you with? Some may charge you, and some may not? Some may require you to unlock your domain to transfer it to another registrar, and others may not... it all depends.

What I did was contact my domain registrar, had them unlock the domain, and send me the code that the new registrar used to transfer the site over.
