    You can't. If you are only using that image to help attract attention to your ads to help increase your CTR then it will be a policy violation. It is clear that you aim to align the 4 images with each of the ads in your ad unit. This is in no way compliant and there is nothing you can do to change that. Forget it and move on :)

    I advise that you take a look at the official blog post made on the Inside AdSense blog regarding this issue.

    the visitors should know that they are ads, and they will navigate away from your website, you don't need to fool them only if you want to build MFA websites.

    Did you actually read my post? Adding a border will not help. Trying to use images to increase your CTR is a violation of the program policies. Simple as that, there is nothing you can do to get around it. Forget it and move on.
