    What are you capable of doing? Job forums on the net are either: internet oriented activiteis, or Local work.
    For local work you need to live in the place. So I doubt someone on another continent might help you.
    SEO, logo making, etc., if you are good in these skills, you can find a job online. Otherwise, I don't think the net will manage to land you a job.
    Get out in your town.
