Help me increase my adsense revenue please!

So far this month I've gained $15.75. I'm getting on average $2~$3 a day.

My predicument is that I'm also getting 1~3k hits a day (most from refering sites). 20,390 of them recorded on adsense with only 100 clicks. So I guess that's why I've only earned $15.

Above is an article on my site that you can look at to see the ad placements, any advice you could give about them would be fantastic and I welcome anything!

My aim would be to gain $50 a day by October, I'm not sure if this is possible but that is my aim.

If any of the gurus here would like to take me under their wing for a short period I'm sure I can get well on my way to reaching my goal!

try to do more seo or other marketing methods.It will help u.

The article I linked currently has very basic SEO, I'm struggeling to SEO everything at the moment

That article I feel I've SEO'd goodish (brings quite a bit of organic anyway).

I'm working my way through all my articles in rank order to SEO them, so I'll work harder at doing that - thanks for your reply again!

get traffic on ur sites.
try to get more & more backlinks and post on social bookmarking sites.
