Help me name a web site

Help me name a web site. Input from any and all appreciated. Even a newbie can contribute here on equal footing.

I own a 4 letter dot com that I want to use as an acronym of a site name. The site will be yet another place for homeowners, agents and landlords to offer property for sale or rent. It will be a regional only marketplace.

I am looking for the word that starts with an S that completes this, not real, web site name. SCHS.com. The (s) after home is optional.

Southern California Home(s) ________ dot com

The word Sellers excludes renters. My personal favorite at the moment is Source since I may offer a few related articles and maybe in the future some form of services directory.

Yeah, I still like Search better as it best describes what the website is all about. Showcase is good too. Re SEs, most people would probably search for "california homes" or "southern california houses". And, whether your site comes up on these searches would depend on the anchor text for your links. So, even if you name your site with "search", you can always have anchor text that contains a totally different word/phrase.

 

I just hope you won't be stodid, trite and boring.
For example "solutions" is the most overworked and
trite noun in the English language. I was called by a
firm recently and I asked the receptionist what the company
did. "We provide engineering solutions" was what she
had been told to say.

It turns out that this company has an extremely well honed
and rare engineering specialty that overlaps with my company's needs. Why couldn't she say that instead of something
that has lost all meaning by being too general?

If you call your company "Consolidated General Solutions" it just means
that you can't agree amongst yourselves to choose a focus
(unless you are a chemical company that makes universal
solvents).
