Help me place my ads (70k impression/day, only 0.4% ctr)

The highest traffic pages on my site has the following template

Can you guys recommend any good ad placements that will increase my CTR?

Well, even if you get 0.4% at least it's always the best paying ad since you have only one 234x60 (1 ad) per page.
If you want to increase your earnings you need to put more ads in the face of visitors. If you don't want to do that then you have to accept low earnings. Look at my example:

You will surely find it horrible, but it's called optimizing your ad placement. Now if you really feel unconfortable with that, then you can make it lighter than me, but it will mean less earnings, your choice.

 

i agree put your ad where the face of visitors go .think what you would do if you went into that website.
