    You may want to try to place a 336*280 banner directly above your first news post. Blend it with the background, no borders and probably orange links in your case.

    i will remove 120X600 and add the 2 X 336X280 ad

    also add link unit where now your 120X600 ads are

    placement is nice and i have two suggests for you

    * add one link unit footer or under your header
    * add square ads units between your blog posts
