    I do not quite understand you, Do you want the format? I think it is a Skyscraper.
    This is the code that I got:
    <script type="text/javascript"><!--
    google_ad_client = "pub-9501290720485055";
    google_ad_width = 120;
    google_ad_height = 600;
    google_ad_format = "120x600_as";
    google_ad_type = "text_image";
    google_ad_channel ="";
    google_color_border = "FFFFFF";
    google_color_bg = "FFFFFF";
    google_color_link = "11593C";
    google_color_url = "000000";
    google_color_text = "000000";
    //--></script>
    <script type="text/javascript"
      src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
    </script>
    Code (markup):

    There are a lot of websites out there that have pictures you just need to add.
    I had it for a while on my website where you just picked the pictures you wanted, then added your google code, and poof! it all came together ready for you to add to your website.

    I will advice you to make this on your own rather than taking other's non-relevant pictures. It's just a small table with two columns and the first column has four rows and the second one has only one which has google ad code in it. Put your relevant pictures for better blending...

    NO no.. i dont mean taking that adsense pic ...

    I mean the html coding, i saw on this forum before where someone posted out the tr/td coding for it, where i just need to insert my own images http to make it work.

    Just like this one for images above the leaderboard -
    http://marketingdefined.com/articles/position-images-adsense.htm

    I'm just tryin to find the ones for images beside the rect adsense.
