help please! best CMS for my needs?

    hi there. I need to know whats the best free CMS which has the following features: Uploads/downloads with registration, comments, rating, date added, usernames, user pages and fully customizable page system. So the upload and download is the most important thing i basicly need.
    I've tryed e107 but the thing that i don't like about it is that you can't customize pages and links.
    You can also suggest some free upload script with the above features, i've tryed PaFileDB 3.6 but i can't seem to find how to enable user to upload content without giving them mod/admin status.

    Other CMS i need is for another website and i'd like CMS with the following features:
    easy website management and creation, registration of users, polls, comments and (not required)RSS 1.1 2.0 feeds! So i need sord of a blog style CMS.
    Any sugestions?

    for the second website i recommend you Joomla...also this may be used for first but with some components and modules installed.Good Luck!

    If you're looking for something strictly media related (pictures, games, videos) I have my own I could sell you. Not sure if that's the sort of thing you're looking for or not.

    there are many cms that can fulfill your wants .
    joomla
    phpnuke
    xoops
    drupal
    those are i recomment see the sites for modes that you need.
    and they allso have autotheme engines which helps you to customise your page easily.
