Help! Troubles getting relevant adds.

I've had adds on my new pages for over a week now and I'm still not getting any relevant adds. Ive checked the logs and Google's media-bot has been around 20+ times over the week. I have content on the pages that would easily warrant adds, but I just don't seem to be getting them. I've even tried using the AdSense suggest code on a few pages but to no avail.

Any tips or suggestions? Am I being to impatient?

Don't worry people. It seems to be fixed now.

I think I may have somehow forced relevant adds on the page by adding a link unit. Because when I added the link unit and looked at the page online for the first time, instead of having 4 results, I had a box that said

Google adds display adds for [ text box ] [ button ]

When I entered the reevant subject into the box and clicked the button the entire page suddenly showed relevant adds.

Anyone else had an experience like this?
