    General Layout: Clean & easy to look at

    Adsense: Try move the sponsor unit up the page, people usually dont scroll the page that much, make it obvious/

    change the sponsors text to sponsored links to comply with TOS
    you can switch one of the top orange bars with the adsense block for better CTR

    I've move the ad unit higher on the page, lets see how it'll affect the clicks.
