    add a skycraper either at the left or right side...blending it witht he navigation...

    i like the top banner...but i dont like the sponsor below...

    site looks good..the navigation links needs a little work though...follow the style of adsense ads as a start...

    You have nice looking site..with some good content. But you can add more ads. You can also use Google search box for your site. How about adding ads in between the internal pages.

    Actually, I still have a lot more content to add, but I'm renaming them & categorizing them, which is why i haven't put them up yet. :p And cool, i'll try add a search box somewhere in there.
