help with WP headings plugin

    Hi,
    As I'm moving from old style html sites to WP I find it hard to control the headings (h1,h2,h3...).
    What used to be very easy using html editors seems (or maybe its juts the fact that I'm new to WP) a surprisingly difficult mission in WP.
    I simply want to be able to set the headings, meaning, when I enter a text I would like to have the possibility of deciding which lines would be h2, h3 etc.
    As far as I understand, page titles in WP represent h1 while post titles represent h2? please correct me if I'm wrong.
    I havent found a solution searching plugin land. Please help. thanks

    p.s I'm using all in one seo pack plugin - so somehow it should be compliant.
