Helping each other in getting more traffic from diff. sites(facebook,stumbleupon,etc)

Hi,

I have checked a lots of guides about getting traffic from twitter, facebook, stumbleupon, etc. and something was always mentioned.
Get friends on these sites and help each other by sharing articles, photos and spreading the word. I think we could figure something out here.

Sites I would like to use:
-facebook
-twitter
-stumbleupon
-reddit
-chime.in
-tumblr
-pinterest

We could simply check out each other's posts and recommend to our followers, etc.

What's your opinion about this?

I have account on these sites, so the point is not this. The point is to find other poeple who are willing to "work" with me and team up in getting followers and traffic to each other. I think I am quite clear.
