    Which do you prefer herbal remedies or allopathic medicine?

    In most cases i stick with herbal because it is safer and beneficial at the same time.

    I'm totally agreed with you, herbal medicine are good for health and never creating any side effects on our health. If its more necessary and can't tolerate the condition then and then I'm go with allopathic medicines in small doses.

    Herbal is my first choice. Unless there are conditions which require immediate effect.

    Prevention, with a healthy lifestyle, often benefits from herbs, too. The problem I see is that people started to use allopathic even when there is no... pathology, as preventive measures.
