    Yes, this is what I suspect as well, and I know of one person who has been okayed by google, but I want to be sure Google did not just ok it for him!

    I'm pretty sure I've seen something like that before - and it was considered as a violation of the TOS. Pretty obvious too: it misleads the viewer.

    Nice placement, however I feel it is against TOS for the following reason:

    It can fool visitors into thinking it is a forum post and thereby gaining artificial clicks. It looks as if it is a forum and quick glancing at it may not be obvious enough that it is an advert (even though ads by google is showing below it) - the fact that it was created by a user called 'google' would be misrepesentative of google.

    You could ask google but I feel they will say it is a violation - although maybe they could suggest a way to implement something similar that doesn't violate TOS.
