Another way is to use Javascript, not very hard.

 

or just make a page on your sit like www.example.com/affiliateproductname and put the code in from software program on the html page you upload. This looks alot more professional to your customers.

 

These types of sites have been around forever. Only a good idea for the owner of the site. Why do you want to put your affiliate commissions in the hands of someone elses servers? Affiliate links are already redirected... if they don't load you're toast.

Put your links in an .htaccess file, or use a redirect script if you want. Or here is a novel idea. Just leave them "bare". There are plenty of other things to worry about. The only people trying to skirt your affiliate links are people who know what affiliate links are. And that is a very small portion of the general population. And the people that do know about them are going to skirt your cloaked or redirected links as well.
