High traffic, but low earnings

My site is http://www.pokemonol.net. I have attached the AdSense stats to give you an idea of what I mean. I'm getting a ton of impressions, but I'm not earning as much as would have hoped. Could you please suggest ways to increase my CTR? Thanks.

 

Why not try some CPM advertising, like AdBrite?

You should also try some better integration of the ads - I completely passed over them when I first checked out the site

 

Have you tried blending the link colours or testing different styles or sizes of ads?

Your going to have low earnings anyway the CPC on pokemon stuff isnt exactly high.

That might be because your page layout is terrible. Your ad units and FF referral button are too wide - resize them.

 

You should change the colour of the ad title to the colour of the links on the left side of your site. You should also put more than just one ad unit. Maybe move the "welcome guest" section lower and place a vertical banner where it currently stands. You could also try placing a horizontal banner after the first or first two posts. Just make sure you blend them well

 

Did you it's against the Adsebse TOS to show/post your earnings like that??? Basically you could get banned for what you've just done.....

Anyway I thought the Pokemon thing was long gone???

 

He didn't do anything wrong, you are not allowed to post your impressions and clicks which he didn't do

 

I think for a pokemon site that is pretty good and I also agree with another poster that your ad layout isnt great, its too wide and is very obvious what it is.

 

You only have one block ad, so your earnings right now are pretty decent. If you added maybe one or two more ads, you would see your earnings increase.
