I have an entertainment site so of course my clicks pay out to around 2-5 cents a click which is terrible but worst of all right now my CTR is at about 1.4%. I was wondering if you could review my placements and give me some help on what I need to do.

CTR of less than 1% is not odd. Your site is very good.

I'd sugest placing a leatherboard (Text Only) below your Nav Bar. Experiment to see if it makes a difference. Then try Leatherboard (Image only) ads and see which ads give you a better CTR.

    All the best... :)

Your two ad units where they are loading images all the time are useless. There could be better ways of using them. I would personally make them forcefully have text only. Leave the one in the side as it is, then the leaderboard I would remove it and add it some where in the content as a block unit.
