It's strange to think that there are a few words in the dictionary that only a few people will ever own as an internet domain just because they were in the right place at the right time to get them at the beginning.

It used to be that Mexico wouldn't extradite fugitives, that all changed with that one case a couple of years ago (forgot what exactly it was, some dude killed some girl)

A stupid idea ? Everywhere in mexico remotely close to the American border is corrupt.

Not to mention nearly all the drugs smuggled into the U.S. comes from mexico and all the mexican cartels. I've heard tales here from older people who say criminals can hide in Tijuana freely as long as the pay a "fee" to stay.

That's actually a pretty interesting survey although I'd like to have seen more than 10 surveys taken per country.
