Hip Hop Blog Ad HELP!

Discussion in 'Placement / Reviews / Examples' started by MaximusGMPI, Oct 22, 2007.

    Hey,

I just started up with a hip hop blog that is starting to get 1000+/day page views, and while I've been concentrating on bringing traffic through better SEO and back links; I am having a horrible turnout for adsense clicks, clicks for other companies like hydramedia, CPAEmpire, and etc. I tried making an orange menu over the blog to attract ad clicks, but nothing is working. Can anyone advise in how to make more money through better ad placement or overall strategy? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

What is your blog url? It is difficult to give advice without seeing the site. If you dont want to post it here you may PM me.

Also, it would be a good idea to add your blog link to the most recent blog post feature. (Look below my user ID to see what I mean)

One suggestion I will make is that you might do better with an ad unit that is actually within the posts. There are several different WP plugins (Is this a WP blog? - It appears to be) you can get to manage your google ads or you can add a bit of code to your template.
