Buying Hiring Content Writer for $1/100 words

I need a writer who can write contents ie worth reading.

Native writer preferred.

Please don't ask for upfront as I had some bad experience. I'm ready to pay just after completing each 100 words, but no upfront.

This is for a regular work and not for one time work.

 

Let's assume you use PayPal.
Let's also assume that a writer took you up on this offer and that you pay $2 per 100 words.
Do you realize PayPal will take .36 per $2 payment from the writer?

 

True, paypal sucks at charges! Especially when you get paid after each little job from the same person. We either take a risk and let our earnings pile up, or we take the fee and ensure we are paid each time.

There's something funny about what you pointed out, and it would be a good thing if he were actually paying $2 per hundred words. I think in the beginning the buyer is willing to prove he won't rip a person off - he will pay as soon as the person earns a dollar. This is a good way to establish the buyer has a working paypal address and its email affiliation. But, like you said, the fee is high at that dollar amount - it will help establish a relationship for both parties. A small investment.
