    I doubt that there are providers that an provide legit followers,on top of it they have to be country targeted. The best options would be run some ads. Just sayin' :)

    If you want real followers simply keep updating, followers will reach you from hash tags. if you want bots go for exchangers / sellers.

    I think it will be kinda hard to get targeted followers on twitter, but I suggest that you follow people who are likely to follow back. How?
    You will see on their profile that they are following more than having followers. Got it? It means that they have tendencies to follow people that follows them. :)

    Running ads is the easiest way to get targeted audience. That, if you don't mind spending some money.
