How can I create this effect in Photoshop ?

    If you're familiar with Photoshop and know how to use blending on layers then all you need to do is to choose a Custom Shape Tool (image) and choose Registration Target 2 as your custom shape (image) and you should be ready to go :)

    It is just brushes effect. I have a kind of brushes. really easy to create it.

    Just write that key word in Google Search: Rays brushes for Photoshop, and u will get many, then install the brushes in your Photoshop > Presets > Brushes Folder, and start using it!! :)

    You don't need to download anything to apply that kind of effects in photoshop. This is the simplest way to do that.

    Start Photoshop >> Open new file >> Select Custom Shape Tool >> Select Shape (Registration Target 2)

    You can either select "Shape layers" or "Paths" but nevertheless whatever you choose will give you the same result. No need to download "Rays".. Its right there in Photoshop, you just need to give some time for digging new mines.
