How can I get non targetted ads?

I ask this because I want to start a small niche video site or image gallery and I understand the cpc is very low for these types of sites. I think it would be a better idea to get ads about web hosting or something similar. Even if I only get a few clicks per day for $1 or so each, its still better than recieving 100 clicks for 2 cents. I have seen sites that are totally unrelated to health, getting ads for mesothelioma, how can I do that for my site. Not for meso, but for other high paying ads?

    Thanks.

With Adsense, there's no such thing as "non-targetted"... that's the whole point of Adsense. Whenever you see sites that show ads totally unrelated to the content, it's either a) their site isn't optimized correctly or b) they're cheating the system and planting keywords. Method B will eventually get you in trouble...

I had exactly the same problem (read my thread), so I did two things:
    1. added some outbound links to sites with keywords I wanted, as well as some internal links to articles on the desired subject. It's desirable to have URLs and HREF TITLEs will good keywords (no spamming).
    2. added section targeting to decrease the weighting of my actual keywords, and to increase the weighting of my desired keywords.
This worked for me very nicely. I don't think it's dodgy in my case because the new keywords are of direct interest to my visitors, whereas my original keywords were miles off the mark.

    Cheers, Cryo.

Well my site is about shark videos. Last I knew sharks werent a very lucrative market. I would love to have some web hosting or file uploading ads instead, something related. I will try your ideas.
