    The design and content responsible for the better CTR. For the relevant ads, you must repeat the keywords in the content and your ads should be in the content. Also include ad units somewhere on top.

    Your Web site has a great design but your home page needs more content (text). And I think you are over using the key phrase "naruto games" in the home page copy. Increase your content to 350-500 words and only repeat your primary and secondary keyprases 2 or 4 times. Try to make your content sound more natural. In addition, make your content more prominent on the home page; right now your content doesn't stand out.

    You also have too many characters in your meta description.

    A few days ago I had a CTR of ~3% on game pages, now it's lower than 1%, what would be the reason for that? I've done some modifications right now and I'm waiting for Google to reindex my pages, after that I will be back with more data.

    1.Try to remove the ads which are ir-relevant to your webpage theme.
    2. Remove unwanted ads from your adsense account
    3. Try to follow the "F" approach of ad placement to have higher CTR
