    On his profile it says Realtor, so I will go with that. Set up account at trulia.com and zillow.com to promote yourself. Don't use a template website they are not any good. Start a blog, seo your blog for your area. That should be enough to start. Don't spam trulia or zillow and you will build up a reputation, also only answer questions you know the answer to, don't just answer to answer. This may seem obvious but it is not for most people.

    You do not have a realtors lic, Realtor means a member of the national assn of realtors.
