    Hi, I want to make a website on which I will make posts regularly.

    What I want?
    1. I make one post and other similar posts should appear on that page automatically.
    2. One ad banner should appear on all pages, automatically.
    3. I do not want to design each page, so design can be the same for all pages.
    4. Easy to navigate.

    Please help or suggest anything.

    That can be done with Wordpress, but if you know php language, then you can create a kind of custom blogging software. I would hire a coder..

    No. I would install wordpress, but of course you have another alternatives too, or even hire a coder to make your own blog. But wordpress is free and easy. You might want to install wordpress in your pc or mac to get familiar with it. Once you are familiar and know how wordpress is, you can then decide.

    wordpress all the way. keep it simple, you have a lot to learn and wordpress is very easy and VERY well documented
