A few suggestions: Blend all of the ads so that they match the page background and surroundings (eg. remove the borders and change the ad text colour to match the other text on the page). I also recommend moving the two skyscrapers to the very top of the page. Swap the paintball picture and rectangular ad unit around so that the rectangular ad unit is between the other page elements.

There's something seriously wrong when I visit your site with opera.
Perhaps you first want to look into that.

Just tried it with IE and it's the same.
Try changing your resolution and you'll see that it changes (or just resize your window).
It only looks good in 1024x768.
    I'm running 1440x900

Yeah You've got a problem in that you are using your adverts in layers, which are in a fixed position, but your main content below it is fluid, and therefore changes below it when resizing (or at a different resolution to the one you designed for).
Try fixing your css so that certain divs start at a fixed position, and not be percentage.
